Efficient deinking usually relies on the coordination of pulping, high-consistency retention, flotation and washing.</p><p>During this process, the stable performance of wear-resistant parts such as pulper rotors, screen drums and screen plates is particularly critical: sufficient rotor deflaking, unclogged screen drums and rationally opened screen plates ensure low fiber loss and high ink removal.</p><p>Therefore, selecting wear-resistant and correctly specified parts and maintaining them well are important foundations for achieving efficient deinking.</p>
