Pipeline Configuration of Upflow Pressure Screen

1. Slurry feeding pipe: Install valves and by-pass water pipes on the slurry feeding pipe for flushing up-flow pressure sieve drum and shell. The feed pressure is 0.1-0.25 Mpa.

2. Slurry outlet pipe: Install valve, and the diameter of slurry outlet pipe is arranged according to the diameter of slurry outlet. The pressure difference between the inlet and outlet is 0.01-0.04 Mpa.

3. Tail slurry pipe: install valves, tail slurry pipe diameter according to the size of tail slurry mouth, tail slurry mouth opening depends on the type and quality of slurry.

4. Mechanical Sealed Water Pipe: Water Pressure: 0.05 Mpa Flow Rate: 6-12L/min 5, Exhaust Pipe: The pipe is set on the top of the upper cover for discharging the air in the machine. Valves should be installed here, and hoses should be connected when the outer connection is made to facilitate the lifting and rotation of the upper cover.
