How does the paper pulping equipment lubricate? What's the best way? Does it work?

The working environment of pulping equipment is humid and high temperature, and some equipment is accompanied by impact load. Therefore, the selection of lubricants mainly considers its emulsifying resistance, water resistance, thermal oxidation stability and load resistance. Lubrication points in paper machines are closed in principle. The bearings in the wet section of papermaking machinery, i.e. the headbox to the press section, are sealed with bearing hulls to cause cross-contamination by waterproof immersion and grease overflow. In the dry section of paper machine, the central lubrication station is used to transport lubricating oil to bearings for lubrication and heat dissipation because of the high temperature during operation. The lubrication point of wet end is usually inspected and replaced by manual inspection periodically, so the lubrication system often refers to the central lubrication station of dry section and all oil transmission and supply pipelines and oil injection devices.
