Deeply Understanding the Control System of Upflow Pressure Screen

The technical scheme adopted in the control system of the upflow pressure sieve is that the slurry tank is connected with the inlet of the upflow coarse body through the slurry pump, and a slurry dilution valve is installed on the inlet pipeline before the slurry pump, and a slurry concentration meter, a slurry inlet valve, a slurry pressure gauge and a slurry flowmeter are arranged in turn on the inlet pipeline after the slurry pump according to the slurry flow direction. The slurry dilution valve, the slurry concentration meter, the slurry inlet valve, the slurry inlet pressure gauge and the slurry flowmeter are respectively connected with the PLC control device; the good slurry pressure gauge and the good slurry valve are arranged in turn according to the flow direction of the fine slurry in the output pipeline of the upflow coarse sieve body, and the tail slurry output pipeline of the upflow coarse sieve body is arranged in turn according to the flow direction of the fine slurry. There are tail slurry flowmeter and tail slurry valve, and there are heavy slag valves in the heavy slag output pipeline of the upflow coarse sieve body. On the dilution pipeline of the side of the upflow coarse sieve body, there are also upflow coarse sieve dilution valves, fine slurry pressure gauge, fine slurry valve, tail slurry flowmeter, tail slurry valve, heavy slag valve and upflow coarse sieve dilution valve. They are not connected with the PLC control device; the electric motor connected with the rotating shaft at the bottom of the upflow coarse screen body is connected with an ammeter, and the ammeter is connected with the PLC control device.
